Onde Onde and Kueh Kochi

Been wanting to try making tarts and corn muffins.  So today went to Sun Lik during lunch and  some tart molds and cornmeal and some other stuff.

In the evening, went for Onde Onde and Kueh Kochi class. As usual, I was there half and hour early after rushing from work.  To my surprise, the classroom is already one third filled. Really envy those housewives who don't need to work. 

This is Onde Onde, freshly cooked and coating with grated coconut.

This is the Kueh Kochi, the blur image is actually caused by the steam.  I am too anxious to take the photo the moment the steamer lid is taken away. Hehe...

I will be getting the ingredients tomorrow and try to make them since it is a holiday.
