Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake

Made this yesterday, still sinfully tasty despite omitting the rum. =) Those on top are chopped macadamia nuts and chocolate chips.  Had initially worried I may have undercooked and I can't test this cheesecake like a normal cake with a skewer. Luckily it still turn out well.


Also tried making the double chocolate chips chiffon cake but it did not turn out too well as I was using a bigger tube pan as I do not have the size stated in the recipe, it turn out too "short". And my chocolate chips all sank to the bottom after baking.  I forgot to add the chocolate chips to the whisked egg whites and only add in after my egg yolk mixture is added. Not sure if this is the cause of it.  Nevertheless, it is still very tasty and I will try again with the correct steps and a bigger portion to fit my tube pan.
