Today I woke up very early to go marketing with my mum despite its a holiday. I need to get the ingredients for my kueh-making project today - Onde Onde and Kueh Kochi. After a tiring afternoon, here's my achievement:
I am quite happy with my Kueh Kochi. However, I find my Onde Onde filling not "full" enough, could not get the burst-in-the-mouth feeling of the gula melaka when I bite into it. But getting more filling in and at the same time ensuring the skin is not too thick definitely needs more practising.
