Richard taught the white fruit cake and mocha fudge cake in yesterday's class. He made the white fruit cake into muffin size for easy distribution.
Basically the mocha cake uses a basic coffee flavoured sponge cake and applying mocha fudge as fillings, similar to the pandan fudge cake.
