Valerie taught us steam tapioca cake and kueh sarlat today. The steam tapioca cake is soft and chewy. Hopefully I have the time to make this over the weekend.
This is kueh sarlat, the backlight was yellow hence resulted in this picture. But I don't fancy glutinous rice so if I were to make this again, I will have lesser rice and have more topping. The topping is fragrant and soft.
