Made this cendol agar-agar but I did not wait for the first layer to set enough before pouring in the second layer thus it broke. Luckily, it created a marble effect which is not too ugly.
Attended my second class with Judy today on chiffon cakes. We made a banana chiffon, golden citrus chiffon and pandan chiffon cake. I hope I am able to master the skills and be able to make a successful chiffon all on my own.
